Resilience and Stress Management

We all know and experience stress in our day-to-day lives, but we don’t often stop to think about its long-term effects. Too much stress is damaging for our mental and physical health, with consequences ranging from heart problems to depression. nobody should be expected simply to put up with excessive stress, nor to try and cope without support.

Resilience to stress is not something you are born with; it is a set of skills and techniques you can learn and practice.

In this workshop we not only show you how to improve your individual resilience to stress but also the resilience of your organisation and team.
