Hi, We’re Delphis.

An innovative collective of like-minded folks making useful and enduring courses to improve corporate health and wellbeing

Founder, Ian Martin, wins the award for best dissertation for his Master’s thesis ‘Long hours and stress for IT professionals: Does the EU Working Time Directive offer relief? — 1999

Delphis is built upon solid academic foundations with customisation and a business focus at its core — whether you’re a FTSE-100 multinational or a UK-based SME, you’ll be making long-lasting improvements to corporate health and wellbeing with one of our courses.

2017 – The ‘Thriving at Work‘ report is published and Delphis Learning is formed.

Delphis Learning began life at the Science Park at the University of York. We received a startup grant from the European Union to cover our first year when we developed our Managing Mental Health, Mental Health for Managers and Building Resilience and Managing Stress courses.

Our online courses were launched Q2 2019

Just like our face-to-face workshops, our online courses feature video case studies, high levels of interactivity and a personal conversational style that engages learners.

2020 – Growing, growing, growing…
